How Do I...Request Final Exam Time Change?

Final Exams take place at the end of the semester. Students can requests a change in the time of a final exam that is NOT a common-time exam. To qualify for a time change, students must have have either 3 or more exams scheduled to begin within 24 hours, or 2 or more exams with times that conflict. Instructor signatures are required. Students should follow the instructions on the form below.
